We believe that there are no ‘standard fees’ as there are no ‘standard issues’. At Dunlea Mulpeter & Company we have a strong belief in being fair. We don’t undersell. There are no hidden extras when the bill issues. Our clients know where they stand with fees from the very first consultation.
We offer informed legal advice to both business and private clients in property buying & selling and mortgaging, wills & probate, and enduring power of attorney, accidents & personal injury* claims, and general litigation, family law, employment law, and much more.

Each of us has a duty to care for our elderly. At Dunlea Mulpeter & Company we offer a friendly, compassionate and specific service to our elderly clients; often providing consultations in the family home, giving reassuring advice on wills, probate and enduring powers of attorney.
My name is Maggie Mulpeter. I first opened the doors to my practice in Passage West, Co Cork on the 6th January 1997 and I pride myself on the personal attention I have offered to every single client that I have worked with since that day.
My core values of trust, honesty and integrity ensure that your legal issue isn’t just another job. I build lasting relationships. I want you to feel understood and valued. No matter what the issue I will tackle it with tenacity, doing my utmost to ensure you get the best possible results within the legal system.
For many years I worked with Guinness Peat Aviation in Shannon (GPA) before returning to college to study law, qualifying as a solicitor in 1994. GPA was an extremely dynamic company where only high achievers were retained and where failure was not an option. My time in GPA working with a highly motivated team gave me a great springboard for starting my own business, and has been hugely influential in my approach to my business and that of my clients.
A solicitor’s job is not only carried out behind a desk or in front of a judge – we take a practical attitude and a hands-on approach to getting the job done.
Building lasting relationships which lead to repeat and referral business has grown my practice to what it is today. The experienced support staff who work with me at Dunlea Mulpeter & Company have great respect for all of my clients and fully endorse my ethos of building lasting relationships and offering personal client attention to each and every client.
*In contentious business, a solicitor may not calculate fees or other charges as a percentage or proportion of any award or settlement
